History

  • 1927

    A small confectionery was established in Sivrihisar, Eskişehir.

  • 1945

    They continued to develop sugar confectionery in Sivrihisar with hand work, based on self-sacrifice and trust.

  • 1950

    The first factory opened in Eskisehir.

  • 1960

    Şekerciler family increased the number of employees day by day and provided employment for the local people.

  • 1964

    Şekerciler family equipped their factory with modern machines.

  • 1968

    Yeni ürün çalışmalarını belirlemeye ve bunları şeker severlere sunmaya hazırlandı.

  • 1970

    Opening its modern facilities, Cici started to create a huge demand with its new products.

  • 1976

    Cici went public as one of the best-known brands across the country

  • 1982

    Cici moved to its magnificent facilities in Eskişehir Organized Industrial Zone

  • 1993

    While increasing its production capacity, it started to work on brand promotion.

  • 1997

    The first commercial was shot with Bora Gencer.

  • 1999

    It increased its production capacity four times and continued production in its huge facilities.

  • 2000

    Originally established as halva, Turkish delight and jam factory. The product range was Turkey's most preferred brand.

  • 2001

    Cici; by making a large investment in the brand became one of the leading companies in the sector in Turkey.

  • 2011

    Soft jelly candy plant started operation.

  • 2012

    The modern cupcake production line became operational.

  • 2013

    The World's Best Confectionery Companies "Global 100" are listed.

  • 2020

    Since 1927, Cici continues to offer its customers the healthiest way by adding love-like sugar to its products.

The master confectionery manufacturer family started to produce delicious candies which make the famiy known  as "Candymaker" after they migrate from Sakiragac district of Isparta to Sivrihisar of Eskisehir. The Sekerciler family was adding on desire of work and their trust for future to their talent during the years confectionery and halvah relied entirely on hand power.Cici Chocolate, which increases the tradition and quality of flavors from the past day by day; In 2011, it accelerated its investments and launched the soft jelly candy facility which is equipped with the most advanced technology.

 

Continuing its investments in 2012, Cici added a modern cupcake production facility to its production lines and had a wide product range in the sector. Cici received the certificate of ISO 9001 Quality Assurance System Installation Project has been initiated on 22.05.2000 and registered by BVQI (Breau Veritas Quality International) on 11.09.2001 in order to have a quality system accepted in the globalizing world and documente its quality production. With its dynamic sales team, Cici Chocolate advances to its targets with firm steps as a result of its customer satisfaction-oriented work.

Our mission is to bring innovative products of high standards, from R&D to production and sales point, at affordable prices, in line with changing consumer trends. Cici is present in all markets where everyone, especially from the middle and lower socioeconomic levels, can easily reach the taste and quality.

Cici, leaving behind a half-century, and continues to grow in Turkey-development in the world. It is possible to summarize the corporate values of our company, which grows younger as we grow and focuses on larger goals;

Emotional Stability: As a general behavior, Cici, who did not open up too much when the market was good, did not get pessimistic and closed inside when it was bad. When the general economy was good, it always maintained the caution that things would get worse after a while, and in times of crisis, the optimism that the situation would improve in the future. This approach provided Emotional Stability in Cici.

Growth with Equity: With emotional stability, Cici strengthened its equity capital in the protection of virtual growth. He received the reward for this, especially in times of crisis. While the rivals shrank at times of crisis, Cici has grown up to 35 percent with its equity capital.

Yakın bir geçmişe kadar eğitimden sosyal alanlara, çeşitli konulara ve konseptlere sponsor olan Cici, sektöründe ilk Ar-Ge Merkezi’ni kurduktan (2012) ve yenilikçiliğe odaklandıktan sonra sponsorluk politikasını da güncelledi. Yeni dönem odaklanmasına paralel olarak sponsorlukta öncelikli alanlarını yenilikçilik-inovasyon ve zekâ konuları olarak belirledi. Social Responsibility Projects

Yarım yüzyılı aşan geçmişinde Türkiye’de ve dünyada sosyal sorumluluğunun gereklerini yerine getiren Cici, 2012’de sektöründeki ilk Ar-Ge Merkezi’ni kurduktan sonra sosyal sorumluluk alanında da odaklanmaya yöneldi. Yeniliğin, inovasyonun yenilenebilir yakıtı olan zeka konusunu gündeme aldı. Türkiye’de şirketler dünyasında bir ilk olan Cici Zeka Kulübü’nü kurdu. Bir Afrika ülkesi olan Kamerun’da ve İstanbul’da Zeka Atölyeleri açtı. Yeni dönemde de tüm dünyada zeka bilincini geliştirmeyi misyon edindi.
